Lentil and Spinach Soup October 7, 2024 Healthy Recipes Lentil and Spinach Soup Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Quantity: 1 Serving Ingredients:¾ cup masoor dal (split red lentil), washed and drained1 cup chopped spinach (palak)2 garlic cloves, crushed½ cup sliced onions11/2 cups roughly chopped tomatoes½ cup milk½ tsp chilli powderSalt to taste Cooking Method:Combine the garlic, and onion in a pressure cooker and dry roast on a medium flame for a few seconds.Add the tomatoes, masoor dal along with 2 cups of water, mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles.Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
